As a specialized medical and research facility, the NIAI project required high levels of accuracy, coordination, and system integration. The key challenge was to ensure that architectural layouts, structural systems, and complex MEP services were fully aligned within a single digital environment, minimizing design conflicts and supporting efficient project delivery.
The completed BIM model delivered a fully coordinated and digitally integrated representation of the NIAI facility. This approach improved design accuracy, reduced rework risks, and enhanced collaboration among stakeholders. The BIM deliverables now serve as a valuable asset for construction planning, operation, and long-term facility management.
